I'm Going...

You heard it hear first (or not). I'm leaving late Sunday night/early Monday morning for 10 days with all of my siblings, my mother and my BFF, J. I'm still in denial/in a daze about the thought of leaving my Cub behind with his Pappa Bear while I head out of country.

This is an awesome opportunity to visit my Aunt, Uncle and cousins on my mother's side and see a little bit of the country which half my blood originates. Who knows when this opportunity will strike again? I'm all nerves but am excited too. What an amazing adventure it's going to be!

So there it is. 10 days. Vietnam. Here we come.

Mitten Gloves - Pay It Forward Giveaway! **CLOSED**

*JUST IN TIME FOR WINTER!!!*

One of the things I have been coveting since we went to Ohio a few years ago to visit family were these mitten gloves I'll call them. Our niece, Sarah had a pair and I thought WOW! What a GREAT idea! The warmth of a mitten but the use of a glove when you need it! It comes in handy especially in the COLD COLD weather like where she lives. I have not been able to find these ANYWHERE until recently. I found a pair at Kohl's! Here are some pics of the ones I got:

They call these Flip-Top Magic Gloves

One with the "mitten" on and one with the "mitten" off.

With the "mitten" buttoned on the backside of the glove

They also had other patterns that were just too cute! I was sooo thrilled about finding these that I'm going to give away to one of you lucky ducks a $10 Gift Card to Kohl's so you can buy your own!

To enter, leave me a comment and give me the skinny on a situation in which you "paid it forward" OR if you haven't yet, give me the skinny on how you would like to to "pay it forward" to someone else! This entry is mandatory! Meaning, if you don't do it first, your other entries don't count.

esbaby Baby!!

I'm having a BLAST cloth diapering my little Cub! "What could be so fun about changing poopy diapers?" you might be thinking but how it could NOT be with such adorable squishy cute diapers from WAHMs (work-at-home-moms) who are so talented like Christine at Essential Saltes Baby? You can check our her Etsy shop here. I absolutely LOVE her diapers, as I said above, they are so soft & squishy with such cute prints! Some of her already sold prints like MixTape, TRex, or for a girl - Spring Chick?

Christine is also super nice and even does custom diapers! I ordered a custom and it shipped the NEXT day. How awesome is that? So, if you haven't yet, check her out! I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
